CURRENT REGISTRATIONS

This spring, we are thrilled to host muralist and art educator Caren Frost Olmsted as the entire school transforms the Glenwood school lobby into a 360° custom mural.

Every student and our lucky parent volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in this exciting project and leave a lasting mark at our school.  Our K-4 students paint their part of the mural on canvases during their regularly scheduled art period.

The mural will be installed in the main lobby of our school, where our children, faculty and parent community can see and enjoy it every day.

We will need a lot of parent volunteers to make this mural a masterpiece. From unloading, setting up, and cleaning up art supplies, to painting details in the mural and installing the finished canvases on the walls of our entryway, it will take a Glenwood village to make this project a success!

Volunteers should arrive on time for their full shift and come dressed in clothes and shoes that can get messy.

Volunteers needed for

Strawberry Festival

Parents,

We are so excited for this year's Strawberry Festival! This is one of the best days of the year for the Glenwood community, and a huge fundraiser for the PTO.

This year the Strawberry Festival will have rides including a ferris wheel (new for this year!), inflatables, games, arts and crafts, a car race course, tons of fun food, great raffles - and so much more!

We are looking for a few junior chairs to help us out in the weeks leading up to the festival.  All Glenwood families must volunteer for the event in order to purchase a wristband, so being a chair is a great way to get involved.

Please email: strawberryfestival@glenwoodpto.net to learn more.

We'd love your help!
